Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to EpcGod, including the affiliate dashboard, offers, tracking links, postbacks, messaging, and payout tools.

By creating an account, applying for an offer, or sending traffic through EpcGod tracking links, you agree to follow these terms and all offer-specific rules shown in the dashboard.

You must provide accurate signup information, including your name, email, country, payment details, traffic sources, and contact handle.

Accounts may be reviewed, approved, rejected, suspended, or blocked at EpcGod's discretion. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all traffic sent through your publisher ID.

One person or business may not operate multiple accounts without written approval from EpcGod.

Affiliates may only send traffic from sources they own, control, or are authorized to use. Traffic must be genuine, intentional, and compliant with the offer rules.

Prohibited activity includes bot traffic, forced clicks, click flooding, fake leads, duplicate submissions, misleading creatives, unauthorized brand bidding, cookie stuffing, malware, iframe stuffing, incentive traffic where not allowed, and any traffic that violates advertiser rules.

EpcGod may reject conversions, pause links, request source proof, or suspend an account when traffic quality cannot be verified.

Each offer may include country, device, cap, payout, conversion event, preview URL, terms, and incentive rules. Affiliates must follow the latest offer details visible in the dashboard.

Offer payouts, caps, availability, and allowed traffic sources can change at any time. EpcGod may pause, remove, or adjust an offer when required by an advertiser or platform policy.

Affiliates are responsible for the landing pages, ads, emails, messages, and creatives they use to promote offers.

Conversions are tracked using EpcGod click IDs, offer URLs, server postbacks, sub IDs, and related technical data.

A conversion is payable only when it is recorded by EpcGod, accepted by the advertiser, and not rejected for fraud, duplication, cap overflow, policy breach, or tracking abuse.

Affiliates may configure an S2S postback URL, but EpcGod is not responsible for failures caused by invalid URLs, unavailable endpoints, or third-party systems.

Payouts are made according to the minimum payout amount, hold period, wallet network, and payout schedule shown in the dashboard or admin settings.

EpcGod may hold, adjust, reverse, or reject commissions during fraud review, advertiser reconciliation, duplicate detection, or chargeback investigation.

Affiliates must provide a valid wallet address. Payments sent to an address supplied by the affiliate may not be recoverable.

EpcGod may contact affiliates by email, dashboard notification, in-app message, Telegram, or other contact details provided by the affiliate.

Operational notices, approval decisions, payout updates, and compliance requests are considered part of the service and may be required for account operation.

Private offer details, payout rates, advertiser information, internal notes, and non-public dashboard data must not be shared without written permission.

Affiliates must not reverse engineer tracking systems, scrape private data, or attempt to bypass approval, caps, or compliance controls.

EpcGod may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraud risk, advertiser complaints, inaccurate account data, security issues, or inactivity.

Termination does not remove obligations related to unpaid balances under review, confidentiality, fraud claims, or prior misuse of the service.

EpcGod may update these terms as the platform, offers, payout rules, or compliance requirements change. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
